Hey guys, welcome back to my channel. In today’s video, I’ll be giving you 3 ways to eliminate excuses!

1. REALLY MAKE THE DECISION THAT YOU’RE GOING TO CONTINUE

A lot of the times we think we make a decision when in reality we pretended to make the decision. When you pretend to make a decision, you decide that you’ll try until it gets uncomfortable.

When you really make a choice and you commit to your decision, then you’re willing to do anything to get to where you need to be.

Even if the thing you need to do in order to get to your destination or goal is completely terrifying, you’re willing to explore the new territory.

The farther away you are from your comfort zone. The stronger you become. It’s not easy stepping out of that comfort zone (that provides only false safety) but in the end, it’s completely worth the risk.

What you want to do, however, is make the decision quickly. I don’t mean right now or right when you’re done with this video. I mean don’t take 6 months to do it because the longer you wait, the more excuses you’ll create and the more fear is going to invade you and try to discourage you to actually go after it. You’re never going to know unless you truly try.

No matter what. Listen to your gut and trust what it says.

2 . STOP DEBATING

Have you ever tried to quit a habit?

Let’s say that you’re trying to stop eating junk food. So, you make the decision today, but then an hour later someone offers you a cookie and you’re like, “One cookie won’t hurt.” But then, you have another one and another one, and you just keep going.

You have to decide that no matter what someone offers you, you have to say no.

You can’t debate!

There are no loopholes in decisions. You make them and that’s that. You have to have to stick to whatever you decide to do.

One way to get out of debating is to stay in present. When you stay in the present and stop thinking about what you did in the past or what you might do in the future and you’re simply staying, then you think about how great you’re doing at this very moment. Stick to that every second that passes by.

When you make a choice, it’s because you’ve decided that you’re going to follow through, it’s not because you’ve decided that you’re going to find excuses to quit.

Pretend that you’ve already succeeded in you’ve already decided to do. Pretend that there is no such thing as the bad habit or that another choice even exists. Change your mindset to “What even are excuses??”

3. DON’T BACK DOWN BECAUSE YOU’RE TOO FREAKING AWESOME TO DO THAT

Remain determined that despite what happens, you can keep going. It’s all about keeping a positive mindset and believing that you can do the impossible.

Don’t allow any obstacles, fear, or excuses, stop you from reaching your goal. Why should you stop because some idiot on the internet tell you you can’t do it?

You can do anything you want with hard work and determination. Nothing can stop you unless you allow it to!

Let your faith trump your fear. Be able to laugh at your mistakes and be okay with looking and sounding stupid, because in the beginning you probably will look and sound stupid. But, there’s nothing wrong with that because that’s how we all begin and eventually we get better.
